➢ No vehicle is blocked as of now, prices may vary at the time of booking.

➢ There will be no guide and entrances included during any Orientation tour.

➢ Tour Manager Services are not by default and are available on request
basis only.

➢ Coach/bus driver/car driver will only drive the vehicle for your safe and
convenient journey he will not do any guide service. If driver cum guide
service required same has to be informed at the time of booking.

➢ Any changes in the above mentioned itinerary has to be informed and
approved before the departure date (last minute changes will not be
acceptable) and if any will incur additional charges.

➢ If any cancellation or changes received after go ahead it will attract a
supplement cost.

➢ Standard International check in time for hotel is 1500h onwards and check
out time is 1000hrs. Early checkin and late check out is subject to availability
at the time of checkin. We can only put request for the same .For guarantee
early check in and late checkout additional fees will be chargeable.

➢ City & Government tax to be paid locally on spot by the client in case of
FITs.

➢ There will be no guide and entrances included during any Orientation tour.

➢ Water bottles are not included in the above given cost and are available on
request basis only with additional cost.

➢ Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface
transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to
departure.

checked by you at your end. Once go ahead received it is considered that you
have verified at your end.

➢ Please note that we consider the flight arrival time as pick-up time. The
flight will be monitored for delays and the driver would wait for the passengers
for up to 60mins from the flight arrival time, at no extra cost, after that waiting
time and parking charges may apply after the included period.

➢ Other than airport for any other pick-up points (train station, Cruise Port,
bus terminal, hotel etc.)Waiting time is 10 minutes and after that waiting time
and parking charges may apply after the included period.

➢ This activity or part of it may be subject to restrictions from 1 March to 31
December: As a result of local government measures and guidelines put in
place by services providers – including hotels and activities – guests may find
that some facilities or services are not available.

➢ EUC Driving regulation/ Law for drivers:

➢ Working Hours: Máximum 12 Hours/day.

➢ Driving Hours: máximum 9 hours/day.( Every 4 hours and half must rest
min 45 min).

➢ Everyday sleeping period: Mínimum 11 hours before start another day

➢ As a result of local government measures and guidelines put in place by
services providers – including hotels and ancillaries – guests may find that
some facilities or services are not available

➢ Airport / Hotel / Station Transfers Between 2100hrs and 0800hrs will lead
to Extra Night surcharges… which has to be paid extra apart from the above
cost

➢ Any expense of personal nature such as laundry, wines, mineral water,
food drinks are not included in the above cost.

➢ Vouchers are not transferable and valid only for the services mentioned in
the voucher.

➢ Driver Meals and driver’s accommodation are not included in the above
cost, unless not specified.

➢ Bus/Vans will follow designated route only, as there is a different permit
and tolls policy in every country especially for LDC (Long Distance coach)
and it depends on Local Conditions and Laws.

➢ It is mandatory to wear a face mask on public transport, and during your
flight

➢ Some facilities may not operate or may be suspended or closed if
necessary due to technical, weather, safety or operating conditions.

➢ Passengers will be responsible for any services missed out by them due to
not following the stated time; this includes

➢ meals, transfers, sightseeing, flight, etc. Rhine Falls in Swiss will be done
either on the way from Paris to Zurich

➢ (time permitting) or while going out from Swiss. No Refund is given in case Rhine fall is missed for guests going out from Swiss.

➢ Majority of Hotels in Europe are not equipped with Air-Conditioning nor will fans in the rooms due to climate condition.

➢ Functioning of Air cooling / Air conditioning in hotels is subject to official
declaration of summer by the local authority.

➢ During heat wave in Europe air conditioning of the hotels and coaches may
cease to function as they are not built for such

➢ high temperatures.

➢ Most hotels in Europe do not provide tea kettles in the rooms.

➢ Any damages caused to the hotel rooms / Coach during your stay, shall be
payable by the passengers.

➢ There are a few attractions and entrances that are currently closed due to
COVID and in case the same remain closed

➢ the time of the groups visiting.

➢ Security alerts and random closures might affect the itinerary.

➢ Please take extra care of your personal belongings while on the tour, every
country you travel to is prone to thefts and bag snatching. DVC will not be liable for any loss of belongings / baggage.

➢ Kindly be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. Most countries are
quite strict about following a schedule Eating & drinking is not permitted in the COACH/VAN

➢ In major European cities, there are parking restrictions for Vehicles and it
may not be possible to stop at all the places during the city tour . Driver will try
his/her best to stop wherever possible for a photo stop.

➢ Advisory related to COVID may change at the last moment also, DVC is
not responsible for any change of advisory at the last moment.

➢ In case of any Person tests positive for COVID-19, customers will need to
unconditionally abide, adhere and comply solely at your costs and expenses
to all laws, rules, notifications, Travel advisories, guidelines, directives and
communications issued from time to time by all or any Governments,
Authorities, Ministries, Departments, Local Bodies in India or Abroad, related
to your tour to the foreign destination and/or on your return from the tour to
your home destination in India or Abroad including but not limited to Covid-19
Protocols on quarantine, vaccinations etc. or in connection with any other
Pandemic, epidemic, disease, condition etc., which may be communicated by
all or any Governments, Authorities, Ministries, Departments, Local Bodies in
India or Abroad with or without notice at any point of time whether at the
commencement of the tour, during the tour and/or on the completion of the
tour, as the case may be”.
